Why does one comparison cost 2 credits?
Because both faces are rated independently — each one gets its own full AI read rather than being judged against the other. That is what keeps a score the same whoever you put it up against, and you are charged one credit per face.
What happens when my credits run out?
They come back on their own. Basic tops your balance back up to 30 every 24 hours, Pro back up to 50 every 12 hours. Nothing to buy in between.
Do unused credits stack up?
No — each refill tops you back up to your plan's allowance rather than adding to it. It keeps the plans cheap for everyone who uses them normally.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
